  1. ok, i just got a phillips dvd recorder, and i am currently recording onto a DVD+RW disc, i was wondering if i could record on that disc, take it onto my pc, rip it to my hard disk drive, and then burn to DVD-R, then erase the DVD+RW disc? the reason is, i don't have the funds to go buy some DVD+R's and i have about 20 DVD-R's left...

  2. if so can i put the DVD+RW into my dvd re-writer, and copy it with something like nero as an image file or something, and then re-burn it to a dvd-r?

    Yep, it should work fine to a just do a dvd copy with Nero dvd copier.
