  1. I got a SVCD that came off a fullscreen dvd but the person who encoded it messed up and encoded it at like 1:85.1 instead of 1.33:1 like it was supposed to be so the people look squashed

So i need to know the esiest way to fix this problem and still be able to keep the same filesize

    I have 2 of these i need to fix cd1 and cd2

Any help would be truly appreciated and please remember i have never done this before so a guide would be really nice if possible or some easy to follow step by step instrcutions by someone here

Where is the original recording? It may be easier to rip it?
