Hey...wtf...why do I get the error message: "Can't load SFMPGDEC.DLL" every time I try to add a .MPG file that was encoded with TMPGEnc Plus to the TMPGEnc DVD Author program?

Check so you have that file. It should be in the TMPGEnc DVD AUthor folder(usually program files\pegasys\tmpgenc dvd author).
