    I am aware of this unit...thats all.

    Everything about standalone desktop DVD Recorders, problems, compatibility and features. Also about standalone VCD,SVCD Recorders and other HD Recorders such as TiVo.

    This forum is also for other types of digital recorders as well as dvd.

    I include these machines as alternatives and possbilities since most VCD and SVCD recorders have no copy protection. So if you can settle with ok quality these may work for you.
