I burnt my first DVD yesterday, a movie. When i watched it, the drives (tested on a LG DVD-Rom and the burner itself) it stutters sometimes, and at the end it craps up totally. Just freezes, and the drive has trouble reading the disc.
The media was Princo 4x, burned it at 4x.
Is there something wrong with my burner, the media, or with the image file i burned from?

I've got the same drive. TDK and Memorex have worked flawlessly. Princo just sucks - According to this board. Bad media stutters near the end the most.

Lucky I asked before i went and bought too many of those crappy medias then -
I have the same drive just make sure the media you buy has the DARK PURPLE RITEK GO4 DYE and you cannot go wrong.

Same drive, burns like a champ. I only use Ritek G04's or some TDK G02's.
You said Princo, and that's doomed from the start. Princo=Evil. To Be, Or, Not To Be, That, Is The Gazorgan Plan
