You are opening the CUE file right? Are you sure it's the right CUE? You can mount the image then do a disk to disk copy. You can use ISO buster to extract the files then you can re-burn.

Maybe I don't understand. My only bin/cues are from DVD2SVCD

To burn the bin file I have to open File>Burn Image. That opens an Explorer window looking for .nrg, .iso, .cue files. If you have a bin and a cue, click on that cue and nero gets instructions or a pointer or whatever to burn the bin file.

Of course I have selected VCD/SVCD as the format to burn to.

If this is no help, I must not know what you are trying to do.

    Sorry.

Sorry again, but you are trying to burn the bin file, that is the bulk of the movie or whatever. My cue files are only 300 bytes or so, pointers and directions.

Try burning the disk with another tool such as VCDEasy. If you are successful, then you know that that your CUE/BIN files are correct and you can either stick with the new process or figure out whats happening with NERO.

It sounds like your trying to burn an image to a dvd, I think bin/cue are only for cd,s like VCD,s. To Burn a standard DVD u need vob files. Maybe im wrong, im not 2 sure myself.

Try using Daemon Tools (freeware). It creates a virtual drive on your machine and converts your bin/cue files to a virtual CD which can be played for testing and burned using the disc to disc copy function in your burning software. All this may sound vague, but it is actually very easy to use. I never burn without it.

  11. Almost undoubtedly, the CUE/BIN image is an image of a CD.

You cannot burn CD images on a DVD for one obvious reason, a DVD is not a CD.
