    Is there a guide or a software tool that can do this? I have a .iso that is wide screen (16:9) but also extremely narrow. I have tried TMPGEnc to convert this but it doesn't seem to do anything...ie the output set at FULL SCREEN is just as narrow as the input. Is there another tool that can be used to make this full screen?
