  1. I have a avi file and when I load it up on TMPGEnc "File can not open, or unsupported" The audio source worked but the video source didnt. What do I have to do to make this avi file into a vcd file

  2. can you open and view the avi file using media player?

  3. try an other VideoCodec (e.g the krystal codec, can be founded on this site..)

    or try to use VirtualDub and there is an option when you select open.. then there is a optionmenu.. check the reclaim something..

    and then use Start Frameserver.. -> save the file as movie.avi (this file is a dummy)

    you can find more information about frameserving on this page..

    then you should be able to encode the movie.avi
