here is what i did:

ripped dvd movie only in dvd decrypter

used dvd2avi to make project decoded ac3 sound to wav file

used besweet to convert pal wav to ntsc wav

opened d2v project in tmgenc as video and converted wav as audio

what settings should i use in tmpgenc?
