I have 8 movies that I cannot convert to SVCD/VCD. I can't do it using Cinema Craft Encoder without getting the message "Cinema Craft Encoder has encountered a problem and must close". When I try to extract the audio using Vitual Dub I get the message "Couldn't locate decompressor for format DX50(unknown) Virtual Dub requires a Video for Windows (VFW) compatable codec to decompress the video. Direct Show codecs such as those used by Windows Media Player, are not suitable." When I use Goldwave I get the audio with no problem but when I put the audio and video together using TMPGenc Plus I get the sound but no picture. Anyone know what i should do ??????????![]()

Probably need to change the FourCC to DIVX or something along those lines.
Ejoc's CVD Page:
DVDDecrypter -> DVD2AVI -> Vobsub -> AVISynth -> TMPGEnc -> VCDEasy
DVD:
DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX
Capture:
VirualDub -> AVISynth -> QuEnc -> ffmpeggui -> TMPGEnc DVD Author -
