How I can Author a DVD with menu+subtitles+2 audio tracks

I dont need a guide or somthing just want to know what is the best Program to do that kind of things

If you want the best Scenarist, but this is generally out of most peoples price range.

If you want economically feasible, then a conglomeration of IFOEDIT and an authoring tool like TMPGENC DVD Author or DVD-Lab should do the trick.

Have not tried DVD-Lab but TMPGENC DVD Author so far can only select one track of audio. It even ask which track.
