I tryed to add subs to a SVCD, someone on the web told me to check:
https://www.videohelp.com/srtsubsvirtual.htm
I did, I've a movie (The Core --> this is the one i tryed to add subs to) as SVCD (it never was a .avi, i downloaded it as SVCD)
I did EVERYTHING exactly as in the guide...also added the 'Subtitles Filter'
its called: Avseq01.mpg
now in the guide..everything works fine with .avi
but when I try to open the Avseq01.mpg with Virtual Dub it says:
'MPEG Import Filter: pack synchronization error'
Someone knows what the prob is..and the answer?
'Cause i REALLY need to sub it...![]()

SVCD is MPEG-2. VirtualDub doesn't support MPEG-2.
You need VirtualDubMod.
