Hi all linux and dvdr lovers.
I'm new to this forum and pretty new to dvdr, but ive got some years experience of linux. For the last one and a half year im running no m$-software at all.
That gives problems when coming to the djungle of different non-udf image formats.
The funny part is that the seperated gi-images with the 4k header-file and the <2gb image files gives no problem. Just join the files that are not the 4k header toghether and you have a udf-compliant image.
The real problem is with the full size .gi-images. They look pretty much the same as real udf-images. But they wont mount and xcdroast+cdrecord-prodvd wont recognise them either. Ive tried mounting both as iso9660 and udf. No luck at all. I even tried to cut a bit of the top of the file where it looked different from the other images. But still no luck.
This is the only fullsize .gi-file i have so i dont know if its only this image that are misshaped or all .gi images.
Anyone got a solution here? I would really like this image to work.
