Has anyone tried creating divx video for use on treo 600 with ffmpegX? If so, what settings were used. I am able to get very smooth video if I dont include audio, but once I try audio, the video becomes choppy and skips frames like crazy. Just in case nobody is familiar with 600, it has a 160x160 screen and has a processor on par with newer clie's. I have plenty of ram provided by my 512mb(483 usable) SD card. Any help would be appreciated

  2. Check the specifications of your device. Check if you're using mp3 audio in CBR or VBR mode. Check video and audio bitrate values. Try encoding a small clip with different options.

I've tried 160x120. CBR, VBR, 32kbs 11025hz Mono, 32kbs 22050hz Mono, 32kbs 11025hz Stereo, 32kbs 22050 Stereo. 100kbs video bitrate, Pal(25 fps), 2 pass bilenear, bicubic. It just does not playback well on the treo 600. BTW, the processor is a 144mhz strongarm cpu. Help please
