    I'm making a multimedia video CD using FLV - Flash MX 2004 Video Format. The source video is a DVD. I want the FLV to be highest quality video. Any ideas?? I have Flash MX 2004 and Premiere Pro 7.0 and a buttload of free programs from this site.

    Did you ever find an answer to this? I'm trying to do the same thing. I tried cinematize to bring it to .MOV Then .MOV to FLV but that looked bad.
