    Hi

Can you tell the difference between them? What works better for you?Can you tell the difference?

Iīve used both and i canīt see any changes in quality. Some of my backups, in fast action scenes, donīt have the correct speed.Seems that there are frames missing.Since I use mainly DVD2One to transcode I want to know your opinion about both options.

    Thanks

  2. My experience is that VBR is better. CBR tends to get blocky with fast action scenes, where as VBR varies the bitrate for the fast action scenes, preventing that blocky effect.

  4. and that is the reason why i prefer dvd2one to dvd shrink. Dvd shrink practically makes the film a constant bitrate and it gives less quality at times (blockyness) because of it.
