Ok, i have been watching over the "post your own movies" post and a lot of the movies seem to have some pretty nice edits.
I was wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction to a guide or software that can let me actually cut out the persons body and put it over a different background so that it he moves, or take out the background where the person is, which ever way is best.
thanks

do a web search for "chroma keying" , or look in the help files of your editing software.
generally it involves filming someone against a solid color background - usually blue or lime green - then making that color transparent, and overlaying that footage on top of your background footage.
most decent editing software (Premiere, Vegas, etc.) will have some chroma key functions, for really tricky or finicky work you might have to go for a specialty plugin to get better results.
for cheap / freeware with this ability, I know that Zwei-Stein (freeware) has it, and I have a program from Magix called Audio / Video Studio that's aimed at corporate presentations, it has ck function and I found it at Office Depot for $10.- housepig
