I've been hoping to save some time by using the FAST VCD preset, but the output finishes in about 5 seconds, leaving me with about a 24 KB file. There is no error message, it just says "Finished" though it is clearly not finished. My input file is a Full-quality export from iMovie (720x480 .mov file). I have a way to make the output VCD compliant later, but I need this to work first. Am I missing something?
thanx

ffmpeg codec has often problems with .mov input and better accepts avi or mpg. Use mpeg2enc codec for .mov input.
