  2. I will try to point at what the problem is and hopefully may get the answer,

The Framerate and picture size for SVCD MPEG 2 is different to that of a DVD standard.

    Thats my problem

I am able to convert everything even the audio.

How can I make the picture size as like a DVD size, can I change it to fit full screen??

  3. O.K I am reading and searching old posts and have come up with the exact problem now,

    My SVCD is 480x480

hense the smaller size on the playback on T.V as we all know DVD is 720xsomething......''

I am using C.C.E as my encoder I think its still the best out there, but does not give me the option I don't think to change this screen size as the ratio is dar 4.3 only able the change to 16.9 and a couple others for this film.

Tmpeg encoder l think allows option to keep aspect ratio,

    also to fit full screen??

    can anyone confirm this??????

  4. Hi everyone,

    O.K Solution as follows,

Use Mainconcept MPEG Encoder instead of C.C.E

it is set up better to deal with mpeg2 SVCD

and it can change the set size of 480x480 screen size whilst encoding to a DVD size 720x576 so on playback (T.V etc) it will look fine.

May I take this opportunity to thank myself for all my help in dealing with this problem.

P.S it was the guides and previous posts that i used and searched within the forum that lead me to my answers.
