  1. Okay for some reason no matter what software I use when I burn a CD it cannot be read. I am using Memorex 700Mb CD-RW 4x, i have always used these CDs. I have tried using Nero, the tool I usually use, Alcohol 120% and Windows itself. Even burning a single file does not seem to work. But yet all the programs say that the burn was completed and the CD has been burned to as I can see it. ISOBuster cannot read it either. When i just burned a few file to the CD and tried read it with ISOBuster I got this error "The Primary Volume Dectiptor (PVD) is unreadable. Read Error at address 16." Anyone know why this has started to happen.

    Thanks for any help.
