If it works for you it should be fine. As time goes by more and more people are getting printers and inkjet printable disks, because it looks real nice. Hopefully it will be a big enough trend to make the price of the printable disks go down.
Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?

  3. I use markers and a stencil. My handwriting is legible, it just doesn't look as good as the stenciled version.

  4. I made Villages Lexmark mod and doing printables now.

I made a low quality disk caddy for it, used front and back of a ceral box and a sheet of card stock. The card stock caused my rollers to get slippery and sometimes it doesn't feed perfect. Still much better than markers for me!
Clean my rollers and make a better caddy and I will be doing good again!

Not hard to make, and the printer was only $35 new at wallmart!
Also came with 10 sheets kodak photo paper I can use in my other printer!

My other plan for at home with non-printable disks is give the kid a set of colored markers and a stack of disks and tell her to have fun! She draws pretty good and writes neat
