  1. I have all of my computer, DVD burner and player information in my system information. I am using Fujifilm DVD+R's. The first two movies I backed up using DVDXCopy- "Ghost in the Shell" and "CKY4", worked on my standalone Panasonic DVD player, XBOX, and PS2. But now the past few movies I have attempted to backup (Love Hina Volumes 1 through 3 and Tenchi Muyo the Movie) using DVDXCopy, Nero6 (with XBOX capability on and off under DVD ROM UDF/ISO and using DVD Video), and DVD Decrypter (ISO and File) will only work on my PS2 and computer but not on my XBox or Panasonic. For all of these burns I have used Fujifilm DVD+R's. Does anybody have any ideas on why my first few burns would work on all of my players, but my last few will only work on my PS2 for what seems no matter what I try to do?

  2. Your Philips228 is an OEM Ricoh5125
Have you tried to set the booktype from DVD+R to DVD-ROM?

  3. Ok, I just used bitsetter to change the booktype from DVD+R to DVD-ROM from now on. Now that I have done that is there any special way I need to burn from now on or should my next disc that I backup using DVDXCopy work in my Panasonic DVD player without changing any other settings?

  4. Just hope that DVDXCopy does not override the default booktypes like Nero does.

When burning with Nero use these settings:
