I have a clock that monitors the time signal transmitted by WWV in Colorado, and self-corrects itself. It even resets itself when daylight savings time starts and stops. What my clock does, is reset itself properly at 2:00 AM when Daylight Savings time changes, but 8 hours later, it resets itself back! Then, after another 8 hours, it resets itself again to the proper time! After these two episodes, it is then okay until the next time change.
I was wondering if anyone else experienced this wacky behaviour by these clocks (which would indicate that WWV is sending out erroneous signals), or it was just my clock, which would indicate an error in the clock's firmware.

I have the same type of clock and it reset OK after the time change. Depending where you are located, the signal may be weak and because of this (Also I see that we have had tremendous sunspot activity recently), it may take a while to get a solid signal. Mine took about 10 hours to lock on to the time signal when I first set it up, but the little signal indicator has shown lock ever since. I had more trouble reseting my alarm time(I change from 4 day to 5 day work week with the time change.) Mine also has a projector to show the time on the ceiling. No excuse for being late to work.
