  1. I have a Pioneer 105 in my PC.and a small network (OSX10.2 and Windows XP pro)
    Can I tell Jaguar to use this drive over ethernet to burn DVDs/CDs?

  4. I think he means you'll have a buffer underrun if you try to use a burner over a network. This will make your disk unusable.

  6. A thought:
    Setup a network and create an image. Transfer the image over to your shared folder on the PC. Then start Nero or whatever you are using on your PC with a VNC client. Tridia VNC and Real VNC seem to be the typical open source versions. This way the Wintel processor is doing the work and the transfer rate will depend on your hard drive speed rather than your connection. :P

    on a related subject, has anyone tried toast 6's net burn option?
    Ive connected to people and can power their drive's doors and such but have not actually tried the net burn option.

    think it too will have problems?!?
