Sorry about posting yet another sync issue, I'm sure the answer is somewhere in the 10,000 other open sync posts....and I am searching....
I am re-authoring a concert disk, that was once 2 disks that has been compressed into 1.
I had to reset the GOP time stamp using restream in order to get the video not to freeze in the middle. (the GOP timing was resetting at 0:00 where it was switching disks)
When I did an audio transcode on the original demuxed ac3 file, only the first half (which would have originally been disk 1) of the show has audio. Where it would have switched, the audio disappears.
So I used AC3fix which did come up with some errors that it fixed. When I performed the audio transcode on this, the entire show now has sound....but at the point where it changed from disk 1 to disk 2 (which is now all 1 file), the sound starts having a 2 second delay.
Should I just go in with an audio editor, and go to the point where the audio screws up and delete sections until they match up, or is there an easier way?
