Hello everybody,
I am using Iuvcr 4.7.4.293 for backing up my old vhs tapes.
Everything goes pretty well but I would also like to capture some cartoons from TV for the kids but I can't activate the schedule option of Iuvcr. (I am running XP Pro - HDD 60Gb - Capture device AV/DV twins).
I also launch the scheduled tasks of Windows as adviced by Iuvcr help topic).
Does anybody has an idea ?
I also read some post on this forum about this issue but this guy never got an answer.
He was speaking of Iuvcr version 4.7.2.285.
Thanks

I just used the schedule function on the same version of IUVCR to capture all Season 1 episodes of Nip/Tuck which FX nicely reran in a 2 episode per nite weeklong marathon. I had installed my XP Pro with no password for my user account so in order to get the task scheduler to work I had to create a password for my user account. This password has to be entered when creating a task. Also be sure you have not disabled task scheduler as I had with xp-antispy. I now have it set to automatic on startup. (admin tools, services) Just a couple of things to check. Good Luck.
