What to do with all these files????

I have downloaded 2 files that are suppose to be in vcd or svcd format. Analyze.That.SCREENER-TCF.CD1.tar and Analyze.That.SCREENER-TCF.CD2.tar. I extracted the folder thats inside the tar file. Inside that folder are 36 tcf-at1.rXX, XX meaning each file is numbered 0-35. I also have a file named this ... tcf-at1.sfv ... and than lastly I have a rar file that contains the bin and cue files. I extracted the bin and cue files into the same folder with the tcf-at1.sfv and tcf-at1.at1.rXX files. I than used Daemon Tools and it created what there calling a G: Drive. Inside that G Drive I have four folders. "EXT" which is empty ... "MPEG AV" which contains a DAT file ... "SEGMENT" which is empty ... and "VCD" which contains two 2kb VCD Files called "entries.vcd" and "info.vcd" .... IM STUCK THERE. I have no clue what to do next ... I would like to burn this movie as a vcd onto a dvd-r so I can fit the whole movie on one disc rather than 2 cd-rs........
