  1. I am making a movie for a project using Adobe Premiere. The video has an audio track, and various jpgs and bmps as the movie. It is basically an MPEG still. Since I am a newbie at Premiere, I am not sure how to actually compile the movie. It is totally completed and I want to make it into a VCD compatable video file. Do you use the preview option or what? I really need a reply fast, for this movie needs to be on a VCD by tuesday.

If you have finished editing with premiere then you need to export the movie (file>export>movie). To get it to a vcd you have a few options. If you have one of the premiere mpeg encoder plug-ins you can go that route. If not you will either have to export your movie as a avi then use tmpegenc to encode it or frame serve using avisnyth both are documented on this forum.

  3. Thanks. I will try that later today. I think I have played around with the export option but I have only exported things as clips.
