  1. does anyone have any familiarity with these? i was thinking of getting one in place of my canopus advc product because it comes with a TBC and digital noise filters. here is the link to a jvc i was looking at:
    http://www.jvc.com/product.jsp?modelId=MODL026758
also a link to a mitsubishi:
    http://www.mitsubishi-tv.com/2000U.html

all i am doing is analog captures (vhs->dvd, and occasionally tv->dvd) and was wondering if this might be a better solution for me.

any help or advice would be appreciated.
    thanks.

No better, just different. This seems expensive, while the ADVC and a JVC 9x00 S-VHS could accomplish the same for about $700.

  3. well i can find one of those for about 300-400 online. i was just wondering if i would run into the same problems i do with the advc and the color bleeding. plus this has a tbc, and some digital filters that supposedly enhance the picture.

i was just wondering other peoples opinions or if anyone else has tried it??
