    I don't want to wear out my burner ripping and I'd like to rip faster. whats the best/fastest dvd drive to rip with?

    and better yet if somebody could link to a nice one on newegg that would be perfect

    I'm very happy with my LG GDR-8161B, it's not locked at 2X as some drives are and is very quiet and smooth in operation....
