Theres no reason to use a 99 min cdr because it will fit on an 80 min one no problem.
Yes Armageddon your only options are to use an 80 min cdr, cut your file and span it over 2 74 min cdrs, or to re-encode the whole thing in a lower bitrate. -
Lowering the bitrate decreases filesize so yes if you lower it enough you could fit that 693MB file onto a regular cdr but why not just use an 80 min cdr? Re-encoding things again decreases quality alot.
Or did you mean fit the entire movie on 1 cdr? Sure if you dont mind watching a svcd that looks like a real media file.
