    HI all. I want to capture a frame from an mpeg to use as part of menu. Can anyone advise on best app to do this?

    The list is very long. Try Virtua Dub mob. Load the MPEG, select Video copy frame to clipboard and paste it to your favorite editor. Save it as your image file, and go from there.
