does anybody know why i can't capture with 48Khz with ATI? i dont know what is wrong with it... it doesn't even give me the option

Maybe your audio sound card isn't capable of capturing at that sample rate.

It is possible that your version of MMC does not have that option but since you have not specified your version number I can only speculate.
It is possible as mentioned that your sound card is not capable of capturing at that rate but since you have not specified your sound card I can only speculate.
It is possible that some settings change to your system has caused this problem but since you have not specified if it ever worked I can only speculate.

ATI MMC 7.7 and newer has 48hz. You likely have an old one. Update.
