Subtitles on DVD

Have a problem
I Have
1*M2V file.
1*AC3 file.
1*SUP file.

I use "IFOEDIT 0.95" to merge it with
but i only get at green or a black picture.instead of my subtitles.
can anyone tell how to do it , step by step.

Q2.
when i rip the sub from a DVD ex Englishs sub.
is there an easy way to translate it to ex Danish and back to DVD. (Q1)

so far so god
Playing the just created DVD files in Ex Power DVD works very nice.
but after burning to DVD , the subtitles is below the buttonline.
can only see the top of the text.

any way to get them into the picture ?

And one single question more , in danish we use special letters like æåø-
they do not come right in movie , any program U can recomend for converting to SUP files ? thet supports these "Signs"??
