    I am trying to make an Xvid encoded version of the matrix with AC3 audio. I followed the tutorial on this site, using xmpeg for the entire process. I then re-multiplex with nandub, but the audio is out of sync, anyone have any tips for the audio problem, its very fustrating after the encoding process to not come out with a working piece of video. Any help would be appreciated.
