Hi all, I've got a VIDEO_TS folder that is 4.8gb in size. What can I use to shoehorn/downsample this to fit on a DVD-r.
I've used DVD2ONE and DVD Shrink, but no luck. They both open the folder and start the process, but I get errors anywhere between 10-85%.
Any suggestions..???

Use DVDShrink or DVD2One before you repatch your VOBs to 480.
so your steps are:
1) patch mpg 480 -> 720
2) author your dvd to get VOBs
3) Shrink
4) repatch VOBs to 480
5) burn.
this is assuming you are using svcd2dvdmpg... not sure if you can prevent SVCD2DVD to not repatch to 480. -
Thx odguy, what program is best to patch mpg's and VOB's ?
Sorry but I'm pretty new to this..!!!
Thanks. JJ
