Winfast Tv 2000 XP Deluxe Remote Not Working!

First of all I just want to thank everyone who answered my 2 hardrive question. Just installed a Maxtor 80GB Harddrive and it was easier than I thought. Kept my 3.99GB as the master, 80GB as the slave. Maxtor's software made it very simple. I would really recommend it. Anyways I just bought this TV card and I can't get the remote control to work. I installed all of the drivers. Uninstalled it. Moved it to a different PCI slot and reinstalled everything but nothing. Any suggestions?

i have this capture card, did you plug the infared sensor in the back of the computer? if it aint working at all you will have to take it back to where you bought it from and just exchange it for one that works.
buy the way this card really caps well for me, i can use it in ulead and cap straight to dvd format. great quality.

I have the same card and it's awesome. But my controller doesn't work anymore either. Mine work fine for about 2 months. Then I didn't use it for a week (went outta town) come back and it doesn't work. I reloaded all the drivers and programs that go with it and nothing.

I did put in new batteries... No luck

At least yours plugs in! I just bought this card and the IR sensor is a tiny jack, smaller than a 3.5mm jack and just doesnt fit into the back of the card.

Anyone else had this? Looks like I'll have to see if i can get hold of some sort of adapter to make it fit :/
