I connected a AMW V101 dvd player to an old 13in TV with a RF Modulator. Everytime I watch a DVD that switches to a new title on the dvd I get snow on the TV. For example, going from the FBI warning to the movie shows snow on the TV for a few seconds and then plays the movie title. Evertime it switches a title I get snow.

Anyone seen this.
