Shrinking MPEG to a CD (VCD/SVCD)????

I used my tv-card on my pc to record a show. Now I want to put it on a cd. But the file is tooooo big. How do I make it smaller so it will fit on a cd?

You have two basic options. The first involves looking to the left side of the page where it says HOWTO. A bit below that it says CONVERT. Click on there and find the information you need. The second option is similiar in that you have to find the User Guide forum, then read through some of the headings until you find a guide that suits your needs. If you take this advice but still run into difficulties I, and others, will be more than willing to help.
