Hi!
how can i slice/split avi file without reEncoding it & wait a long time...? [just to quick split it to 2 playable files...]

You use VirtualDub. There is a guide here:
https://www.videohelp.com/virtualdubedit.htm
The key is to set the video and audio to "Direct stream copy". It's all in the guide I linked to above.dj matty b
