Sorry about this very newbie question.
I have done a few dvd to svcd conversions and they work fine but now I have a dvd with cool chapter screens and menu screens that change each time I load the original dvd and I would like to make an svcd that has all of the featureson the original dvd.
Are all the settings available in the DVDtoSVCD program to convert all of these options.
I havent done this on any of my other conversions.

You can't. While you can keep the chapters, the rest including menus, motion menus, and graphic chapter screens cannot be directly copiedlike to make an svcd that has all of the features on the original dvd.
or converted to SVCD per sae. You could grab a SVCD authoring app
and make your own "bits and pieces" but this would be too time-consuming
I would think for your purposes.

Then say ug! and wonder about the times before DVD burners were < $100.
I mean it in the nicest way.
