Hi
I used a Pinnacle PCTV Plus card to capture my Hi8 video tape to MPEG1 VCD format using Ulead Videostudio 7.After capturing the file had no A/V sync problems. But then i edited, inserted transitions, titls, etc using Videostudio. After encodeing the edited video into another MPEG1 VCD file i got A/V sync problems-there was around a 2 second difference between the audio and video.I also tested it on standalone VCD players with the same problem. Why is this so?How do i correct this?
