  1. I have a vcd, that I didnt encode myself, when played on DVD player the framerate is bad and is very noticable when the scenes are panning,it is quite jerky. i was wondering if there is anyway to fix the framerate of a vcd?

You've already asked that here: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=183682

If you feel you posted it in the wrong forum, don't worry. Eventually Mods move it to the correct place. :c)

But by cross-posting - the same question in more than one forum, you break forum rules and make extra work for Mods, who now have to track down and close multiple threads.

You can help them, by going to the other post, clicking edit and changing the subject to "Post error - please delete" or something like that.

    Good luck. :c)

You can't. :c) Only mods can. Maybe just change the title like I suggested. Then they'll know it was just a simple mistake. :c)

No. Sorry. I don't work with VCDs. But I've at least kept your post up near the top! :cD
