Which burner do you have and what types of discs are you using? Have you tried DVD Shrink yet?
I highly recommend it, as do many others on this forum. Great program and free! Check it out! -

This program (and there are at least two different version so be sure to get the classic version) can create what is called an IMAGE file from your VIDEO_TS folder (the folder that your DVD2ONE processed files go into).
So use ImgTool Classic to create the IMAGE file then you can BURN it with DVD DECRYPTER in ISO WRITE MODE.
Both ImgTool Classic and DVD Decrypter are FREEWARE.
