I am having a problem with my memorex dvd+r/+rw drive and my matshita dvd drive. I use record now max and started to have problems recently with the program giving me an error message version not found. I tried to upgrade the firmware of my memorex drive but the only drive that I am able to choose with the flash utility is a simulation which I never knew how it was on my system. Using programs like disc info and nero info tool only provide info about the simulation but not the other two drives, they are not even recognized as choices that can be tested. I recently tried to uninstall aol and after doing so theses two drives were recognized as disk drives when I used GoBack to restore my hard drive back to its state before I uninstalled AOL the drives came back to normal. Could this be where my trouble lies? Please Help
