    I am looking for suggestions on which DVD player to buy with some of following features for around 60 buks.

    progressive scan, NTSC->PAL->NTSC conv
    and the rest of common features like dvd,vcd,svcd, mp3 jpeg,wma etc.

    Don't own one, but doing a search from the DVD Players list

    Puts a $60 JVC as the top user rated NTSC/PAL progressive player. There are 19 comments on this player.
