    hi,
a friend of mine made a dvd on his standalone recorder. the menu has 7 different sections as it is 7 different tv clips. if i want to take two clips from that dvd and put them together on a new dvd to make a new one what would i use? i tried using dvd shring but it would only find the ifo file for the menu and rip that.
    got any ideas?

in the end i just played my source dvd on another dvd player and connected that up to my standalone dvd recorder and recorded whatever bits i wanted onto a new dvd, but thanks for all your help anyway, i know you all were busy ripping your sections from your dvds to make new compilation dvds but just didnt have time to tell me how to do it!
