    Hello

    i need your experience using many converter programs avo,divx to VCD & SVCD.

    I have been using TMPEnc for more than 2 years now. But it is slow a program to me.
    I know there are many factors such RAM, prosessor etc.

    But which prog is the fastest i could get?

    i need a fast prog with advanced settings so i can change the bitrates

    they lay out a 150$ ($135 on sale right now) for main concept or 60$ for cinema craft basic ...
