Hi guys,
I'm currently looking to get a scanner,(possibly the Canon 3000F). One thing that's concerning however is in relation to the twain driver. I also have a Pinnacle PCTV pro installed,(Version 5.x WDM drivers),& part of the PCTV pro drivers also make use of a Twain driver-I think its for the use of the remote control-I'm a tad worried that if I end up getting the scanner that the scanner's Twain driver will conflict with the PCTV pro's twain driver.
Anyone know if Win XP Home Ed can handle multiple devices using different twain drivers?![]()
Would installing the BTWincap 3rd party drivers on top of the Pinnacle drivers remove the Pinnacle/Twain driver,& p[erhaps represent a better option-anyone own a scanner & TV tuner card & have both survive okay if they both have twain drivers?
Thoughts/Advice would be much appreciated!![]()

I've had multiple scanner twain drivers installed on win2000 with no problems. There shouldn't be a conflict.
About removing the pinnacle drivers, their drivers do not really un-install. Check the pinnacle website and see if they have an un-install download for your card.Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?
