    I want to convert a MPEG2 file to ac3 using the Scenarist AC3 encoder. Is there a guide that shows how to set that up. I want a complete guide that shows options for different types of audio files.

    it will only accept aif and wav files and the manual that comes with the ac3 encoder option is very complete -- i suggest you read that first .. dolby web site also has a lot of info on settings ..

    Just for curiosity, how many pages is the core manual for Scenarist?

    I'll make a guess at about 426, the AC3 is likely about 257 small format pages. How close am I?
